There are loads of different sources of energy in the world today. Modern technology has let us find new and more efficient ways of harnessing the energy round us and using it for whatever we want.
Think about where we get our energy from today, and how people coped one hundred years ago, or even 500 years ago!
Use the internet as a reserach tool, and complete a short project on a word processor about how our enegy needs have changed over the years. It is often interesting to see how changing needs for energy co-incided with new inovative ways of harnessing its power
