Important update: Coronavirus (CVD)

We have a robust internal system for ensuring that our engineers are safe during the pandemic. We understand that some clients may be anxious regarding Covid-19. Therefore, we will pledge to:

1. Respect your wishes and listen to any concerns that you have
2. Wash hands or use hand gel prior to coming onto a property
3. Always social distance from our clients
4. Minimise contact with clients and their property and only carrying out site works when necessary and keeping them as brief as possible
5. Never enter your property
6. Hot drinks unfortunately cannot be provided by the client, as much as our team would like one!
7. Monitoring equipment will be wiped down frequently. Gloves are worn as standard during environmental monitoring
