- Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) surveys. This is a non-destructive geophysical method that produces a continuous cross-sectional profile or record of subsurface features, without drilling, probing, or digging.

GPR
Whilst GPR does not trace services, it indicates the presence of voids, disturbed ground, trenches, pipes and cables under the surface. As such the general benefits of this application are such that we can help you identify the routes and runs of any services (including water, sewer, gas, electric, telephone and fibre optic) to avoid during a Stage 2 Site Investigation for example. We can also mark on site and undertake full utility mapping.
CCTV
Using state of the art robotic CCTV cameras we provide high definition visual imagery in pipes, voids and areas of restricted access.
However complex your drainage system our surveyors provide the most comprehensive CCTV Survey Service available showing complete footage of the sewer runs and a detailed drainage condition survey highlighting cracks, root ingress, damages and blockages.
It is now possible for us to provide a fixed price quotation for CCTV drainage survey contracts.
Topographical Surveys
Each Topographical project is individually priced to take into account your specification and site characteristics. Specifications range from a basic topographical survey including building footprints and heights, outline boundary surveys of small gardens for private individuals, to fully comprehensive detailed surveys of complex development
