There are a number of land investigation approaches we can utilise when undertaking a site investigation, taking into account the specifics associated with your site, such as costs, access, geology and potential contamination.
We would liaise with environmental consultees to ensure the most cost effective approach for you, this could involve one or more of the following:
- Trial Pits (machine or hand-dug)
- Light Weight Window Sampling
- Boreholes (either cable percussive or hollow/solid stem rotary)
Our Phase 2 Site Investigations are carried out in accordance with current guidance such as Environment Agency’s Model Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination (CLR11) and the British Standard Code of Practice Investigation of Potentially Contaminated Sites (BS 10175: 2011).
All of our reports are provided in electronic format.
